I am now using sugarcrm professional 6, and i would like to have a sugarcrm module developed, which provides only subpanel views to other modules.
the modules gets external data from external ticket system. the ticket system runs on a mysql db. i would like the subpanel module search for tickets with email address that matches the email of a Contact / Lead, and list all the tickets as a subpanel in Contact / Lead detail view. no editing of ticket is required in sugarcrm, just need to provide read only access then fine.
may I know your pricing on this?
