1) Write a house keeping script to delete entries in the video_view table older than 1 week old
2) Add a field ‘Time between IP view count’ to the siteadmin video page so we can change the time restriction between when an IP address can register a video count.
3) Replace current player with JW player
and change code on home page so allows upload of video image
