I need 5 (five) PSD files converted into CSS/jQuery and then a CMS (PHP) to manage the site. CMS would be pretty simple, just manages text and pictures for pages/galleries, no membership, no forums, nothing fancy.
YOU MUST BE VERY GOOD WITH JQUERY. I will provide most of the jquery libraries needed for you to cutomize. I will provide screenshots just to the people who qualify by sending me past work, portfolio and CMS demos which can catch my eye.
