Customize A Sugarcrm Installation

Hi,

I have SugarCRM already installed on my website…
I need it to be modified to work as a telemarketing call center with these features:

1. Have a call script that each user can follow when a client is called (simple html field)
2. Have the ability to mark the status of each call, and have that lead routed accordingly
3. If a call has been flagged as a Call Back, then I need the ability to select a date and time, and then have that call automatically popup when it’s the scheduled day and time
4. Have a tab for callers to be able to search for contacts based on name, status, or other fields
5. Have custom fields editable by clicking in them.
6. Have pre-scripted email templates show when caller clicks on the customer’s email address, and have sent emails archived for easy review
7. Have the next lead, either scheduled or from the uncalled list, automatically appear once the last lead was closed by selecting a status
8. Phone numbers should be callto:// links throughout the crm
9. The ability to record phone calls, record call length, calling statistics, and other reporting information is also needed.
10. Last call comment information should be visible when in the detail view, and comments need to be manditory when exiting the current lead

The budget for this project is around $300
