I need 2 HTML forms to be created and work according to my requirements.
Contact us form is already there, you just need to make it working and I will provide Word doc file for second form, which will be registration form, you have to make HTML from Word file and make it workable, registration form should be posted to email and also saved to db.
Escrow will not be provided, if you are comfortable without escrow, please bid, otherwise don’t waste your time.
