We require 2 professional logos and two unique template designs
for our sites and need to do maintenance on them as they are new sites.

When we say maintenance, we mean, data entry & preparing the sites look like they are already established sites including;
Adding unique articles, adding high ranked links, creating profiles, posting in forums, etc.
Basically, you will be given admin access to control panel where you can manage site’s tweaks etc.
This job must be done until our full satisfaction is met. And must be unlimited revisions if the job done is not sufficient enough to satisfy.
You will not be paid partial money at all. The terms is either do the job in full and get paid in full or not get paid at all.
In order to understand that you have read the requirements and accept it, after bidding you have to send us email with message explaining what you can do for our sites. Bids without explanation will be removed.
Requirements; (for both sites)
– Professional logo.
– Unique new design and integration.
– Data entry, forum posting, adding profiles, adding urls to directory, posting articles to directory, arranging the categories in directory, etc.
in a simple explanation making the both sites look like they have akready been established.
We will give you the admin login for control panels for both sites and you will need to arrange all from control panel.
I’ll deposit 50% escrow upfront and another 50% after the job is completed with bonus.
