Someone who has done this before please.
I have a vds/vps with whm/cpanel & whmcs all ready to go(nothing is on them yet). I need someone to setup everything so that everything is automated as well as designing the entire website etc.
I don’t have a lot of time, so I would like the chosen programmer to take creative control and go the extra step to make the site to stand out from the rest.
