I am looking for someone to develop a computer program that simulates somewhat that of a TV channel. The computer program should play videos (TV shows), advertisements, and bumpers for the “TV station” (each of which the user will select from their computer). The program should also display a logo during the shows in which the user will specify.
The videos/shows the user selects will need to be in 2 parts, both of the parts should be 9-12 minutes long. Each advertisement the user selects need to be about 30-60 seconds, totaling to be about 4-5 minutes long. And bumpers the user selects need to be 5-30 seconds long. The program should calculate the length of everything to equal up to approximately 30 minute’s long (like the length of an average TV show).
The program should have 4 different schedules. An early morning schedule, Mon. – Sun. from 7:00 am – 10:00 am. A night schedule, Sun. – Fri. 9:00 pm – 7:00 am (on Saturdays 10:00 pm – 7:00 am). A prime-time schedule that runs on Saturday night from 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm. And the main schedule that fills in the rest.
