I need a site template redesigned. This project will be 2 steps but shouldn’t take long to complete.
STEP 1. Design the home page and sub page elements.
STEP 2. Integrate the design into the site.
The scope of work will involve the template design, CSS design integration and may involve some template modification, such as placement of the search box, and other various page elements all of which are coded in XHTML/PHP with smarty templates.

– Proficient in ADOBE CS3/CS4/CS5 Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Illustrator.
– Proficient in XHTML, PHP and CSS
– Code to current standards
– Good communication (english)
– Have high attention to detail
– Be creative ( I welcome your design ideas and suggestions!)
– Knowledge of SMARTY templates is a definite PLUS
