Requirement is a basic EA the is able to enter at MA crossover & exit at other specified MA crossover. Needs to also be able to close half position at given point. All details/specifics will be provided.
It will be used on higher timeframes and it will need to be open to back test (results of backtest would not impact transaction).
I am hoping to communicate directly with programmer to discuss details once necessary.
