we will need to create a form to collect personal and professional info

once the person fills this info, he/she will be directed to a payment button and the payment will be processed. once it is done they will be prompted to submit abstract of their research to be presented at the conference, and will be asked to attach a MS word file. once this is done, they will receive a confirmation and thank you note, the use data, payment info and abstract will be stored in our database.

users should be able to save their registration and come back and resume at a later date. they should be able to edit their address, abstract or any other info. from admin panel we should be able to get the details of the users including emails so we can send them info etc. the same data base can store contact details of those who signup for updatdes.
