Php Cloak Script Modification

To whom it may concern,

I like a php / javascript coder that can modify the script creating a trick that will keep the cloak link in the current host such as: domain.com/cloak-redirect/ it will open two frames one being the top and the bottom where the actual cloak redirect of the page being directing.
