I’m looking for a website to be designed which will be a business portal. I like the layout of the following websites and I am looking for a design similar to this.

Basically I like the look and feel of these sites and want mine to be similar to these layouts.
I would do the content writing myself, so all I’m looking for at this stage is assistance with a design – must be unique and professional. No preference on colours, will leave this to the individual web designer.
