This project is about creating an integrated community website with these 4 modules:
(1) Learning Center (lesson, quiz): The administrator can create lessons and quiz to teach members how to sell their homes. You can find any open source software that works like this. Check out moodle.org
(2) Home Listing Database – All members who join can list their homes on the online database so it can be searched from anywhere via a browser. Check out: domesticsale.com/realestate, or any open source real estate classified ad script.
(3) Discussion Forum – A place where home owners can network, social and discuss issues of their concerns. Check out phpbb.com.
(4) Professional service directory – This is a service directory where professional service company can list their own company for a monthly fee. check out phpdirectorysource.com/directory
Your task is to find ways to integrate all these 4 features so they work seamlessly together. One login to access module 1 to 3 is one of the requirement of the integration. You do not have to use the exact open source source software I suggested above. You can pick any software you want or you can create your own modules.
