Linux Admin Php – Mysql Expert Needed 2

Hi, I am looking for an admin person who is also a programmer – you must be able to take an the admin task and programming tasks.
If you can answer the below questions of the top of your head, then please respond, I only need people who will have the time to work, do not respond if you have 100 other jobs doing and will not be available for days, our website need someone who as something went wrong, and we send him an email he will get back to us in a few mins or hours, not days or week.

Familiar with Linux administration? can you deal with RedHat or CentOs, Debian barehanded, no WHM or Cpanel or Plesk or any of those.

Whats your level of knowledge with the following:
apache
iptables
lighttpd
postfix
memcached
mysql
php
gd
imagemagick
curl
grep
rsync
ssh

Just a few questions here:

We do not have WHM, all our servers are bare Linuxes. Can you cope with that to add new virtual hosts, etc?

What do you suggest instead of postfix? How well does your setup scale for 100k emails per day?

How can you tell what to fix on a database server whose load has just heavily increased after a recent script/database update?

Do you know Perl or C very well or at all?

Given a Unix mailbox file, how would you extract all emails that are contained in message bodies using shell?

What precautions will you take in order to balance the load of a PHP site between multiple servers (same scripts could be called on either server A, B or C)

Know PHP and OO-PHP like the back of your hand ?

MySQL administration skills (know mysql tools and procedures to back up, replicate, repair and restart a database; understand mysql tuning concepts; be familiar with the InnoDB vs MyIsam optimizations) ?

Server security.

Let me know.
