I need custom forums the whole nine yards……coding and a logo will be done by someone else. Be very reputable, have a nice portfolio, be from North America, and be willing to spend your time primarily up as it needs o be done asap although I will not sacrifice quality. Money is not an issue I am willing to spend, but I will definitely need to check and recommendations, sources, and projects you provide.
