A client needs to create a Pandora-like web app that operates just like Pandora – continuous music, select the genre you like, be able to like or dislike songs, be able to download mp3 for $1.
On the backend – musicians would be able to upload their songs (and album art) and receive a portion of the revenues from the downloaded mp3s.
The more likes a band receives the more they are played site-wide as well.
