Basically you will be posting comments about anything you feel like but the key to it is that you must put a link to my website or you can put my site as your signature. Also the sites post stories every morning at specific times early every morning which i am not sure about. You will determine what times these stories are posted and the comments must be amongst the top 5. Give me timeframe on how long you will do this and pricing.
