I am looking for someone who is able to build a distinctive looking website using sitebuildit. Not interested in someone using standard templates. Also, if you have another suggestion I am open to using another technology other than sitebuildit.
The site will host a dozen or so articles of approximately 15 to 20,000 words each that I have published. I should be able to add more as I wish.
Site should be able to collect name and email addresses of visitors and allow them to download a single 8 page PDF versions of Business Book Summaries related to the articles I will be hosting. I should be able to add or delete as many PDFs as I wish.
The PDFs should be password protected. System should automatically email a selected weekly or biweekly PDF summary link to the subscribers of the site.

You should have the ability conceive and implement the site including necessary copy and graphics all by yourself. In other words you should have some marketing flair, not just a techie and have outstanding command of the American English language.
Ultimately the site should portray the works of a critically acclaimed business management consultant in a manner consistent with the profession.
Bid only if you understood my requirements as I do not like spend hours explaining what I am looking to do. Also, you must be prepared to do the work based on your bid, not start negotiating after I have selected your bid.
