We are mfg of amusement games. We need to design a prize sensor that can detect small objects (.250×1.00″) in a 15″x15″ prize chute
using IR emitter and detector LED’s. Must be able to detect in various light conditions including sun light and fluorescent light. Supply voltage 5-12 vdc. We have some other mfg designs as a guild. We have also produced a prototype which has some issues(see attached) The light beam angle may need to be adjusted ???
