I need someone to use the FancyUpload file uploading script (specifically) and integrate it into a simple contact form.

I have a version of it already working and uploading to a folder (http://s332209344.onlinehome.us/fancyupload2/) which came from here (http://www.rioleo.org/getting-fancyupload-to-work.php), but I want it in a contact form (http://css-tricks.com/nice-and-simple-contact-form/). reCaptcha for spam protection is good.
The idea is for clients to be able to upload large files (usually images, but not only images). A client would fill out this contact form, optionally add files via the FancyUpload script, and send the message. On my end, I would like the email to display the contents of that message, and include hyperlinks directed to the files uploaded in upload folder (each link showing the filesize as well).
The website it’s going on is using Mootools 1.2.4 already. Send me a message if you need more details.
