We are a website development company and need a room reservation software modified a bit and integrated into one of our websites.

For this website:

We need two things done:
1) add a link to tripadvsiro.com and include a widget provided by tripadvisor into the page: http://cuffie-river.com/aboutus.htm. Both items are provided HTML code that you paste into this page.
To achieve this bring the awards (that are currently near the bottom) and add the tripadvisor info close to the top, probably in a column to the right.
2) Use this software: http://www.digitaldruid.net/php-residence/en/.
and implement the availability check with reservation request like in this demo: http://www.digitaldruid.net/php-residence/demo/dati/availability_tpl.php .
To achieve this some adjustments are required. http://cuffie-river.com/bookroom.htm will be like the 1st page in the demo to check availability it will have the information that’s in the section Room Information (naturally the design of the cuffie river website is to be retained). When the user clicks Check Availability the next page, like in the demo, will take additional information. This additional information will be the sections from the existing form: Personal Information, Other Information and a new section Payment Information which will have fields to get the users credit card information. (we will install a SSL cert so the URL will need to be changed to https and the admin will also be https)

Automatically calculation cost:
This will only be done depending on the cost to do it, so cost separately.
1) Adjust the admin to make a replationship between apartment and rate by providing four drop down list of rates to select from in the add / edit apartment forms. One drop down for Single Occupancy Rate (room only), another for double Occupancy Rate (room only); another for Single Occupancy (with meals); and another with Double Occupancy (with meals)
2) We will setup the rate names using a coding system so you will know which rates belong to which rooms and which are single and double occupancy based upon the rate name e.g. Standard Room is ST; Room Only is RO; With Meals is WM; Single Occupancy is S; Double Occupancy is D. so the rate we already setup name is : STROS (i.e. Standard Room, Room Only, Single Occupancy)
3) In the frontent when the user selects the type of room and enters the number of people you will adjust the calculation code to lookup your table to determine the rate. This will be based upon these checks: a) Type of room selected will have 4 rates in the database table; b) If the user selects a toggle box (With Meals OR Room Only) you narrow the rate to two rates c) If the user enters into the number of persons 1, then use the single occupany rate, if enter 2 then use the double occupancy rate, if enters 3 then use the double occupancy rate plus the Additional Person cost that we will setup as an additional cost using the software feature for this.
