Project requirements,
Can be private custom coding or a pre-made IPN script
(must be installed and tested on our server)
1). I need .htaccess code to deny access from all but allow access coming from the PayPal return URL
2). Also need to hide/mask the download URL link form the browser status bar and in view page source
3). Note must work within all browsers
4). URL must also expire after leaving the page, should not work unless it is access from the PayPal return URL, and can not be refresh or reload after leaving or closing the browser page
5). Must be able to work in real time via Skype to exchange file code as i test in real time to confirm the code is working for all steps above
