I would need a few modifications.
1.) Add a joomla banner module to the top right corner.
2.) I like the ‘splash’ page style for the forms with the smaller width (like here: http://investortheme.reihomesales.com/?page_id=201, http://investortheme.reihomesales.com/?page_id=225 ) , but I would like to be able to open them in a new browser window.
I don’t know what the technical requirements would be to make the template compatible with joomla 1.5, and the upcoming 1.6, but it would be nice if it was designed with that in mind.
