We need a graphic design for a webstore which sells computer games. It needs to fit in a 1024 width page, and it needs to look good on greater screens. It needs to be in the center of the screen (not on left or right).
Please see the attachment, this is what we have now. We will keep using the monster (actually we have a different project for a better one).
For this project, we need only the layout, without any content. We’ll deal with the content of the pages in a future project.
The header should consists from:
– the monster
– a short menu bar with Home, Discounts, Delivery
– contact area, with the phone number clearly visible
– a large search bar (one text field)
– a link to advanced search
– list of platforms: PC, PS3, PS2, PSP, XBOX, Wii, Others
– a larger promotion
The footer: copyright note, a menu and two images 88×31 for partners. It can have a area for link exchange (or it can be at the right bar).
In the content, all I care for this project is the categories. They should be at the top, not in the left bar.
It’s important that the platforms in the header to act as main navigation, which categories act as a “second-hand” navigation. I want user choose platform rather than choose a category.
