I am in need a of a custom designed Vbulletin 4.0 Publishers suite template. This will for an online poker forum so the design should be related to the field. Please do some research into the online poker forum field and base your thoughts for the design on what you have researched. Vbulletin 4.0 is the newest cms software version out from them so designing a template requires special detail please be sure to research vbulletin 4.0 design specifications as well.I prefer to have the bidders present me with some current vbulletin work they have performed. I have only posted one other project here and had to re post it due to the winner trying to get me to pay more than what he bid. Then the design work was nothing like their portfolio so please if you under bid and try to get more money i will cancel right away.I am not here to play games or get ripped off.
