-account creation on registration / payment with the following.
– assign user space/bandwidth/active torrent limit per user setting in control panel (The active torrent could be using the qMGR function in TorrentFlux-b4rt – Able to set per user how many queue instead of global only. That way should be easier)
– Monitor for multiple logins and brute force attempts (I do not want people to share can log ip if possible)
– monitor user subscription and suspend/terminate accounts when its due (work with billing system such as WHMCS or any others)
Looking to pay around $50 but will pay more if you are confident and can deliver fast.
