I need someone to create a software application for Twitter. I would like the following functions to be able to be used:
* I should be able to enter keywords that I want
* The app should then search for those keywords, even down to geographic location.
* I need to be able to send automated (At) replies and DM’s to those people who posted a keyword I choose.
For instance, if someone Tweets about “Soft Drinks”, I would need the ability to automatically send a DM or (At) reply to that person telling them to come to my soda stand.
Time is not as critical as function of the application.
