I am after a website template
Front Page and Main Page, PSD and CSS / HTML Clean Code

There should be a left hand unlimited size menu, and a horizontal menu that should be able to be coded out when not needed
It should have a clean look and feel,

It needs a few JPGs/Gifs in a coded script to show the multipul pictures looking like its flash but really its dhtml or javascript chaiging the picture, ideally id like to be able to add a text comment to pictures if i wanted to that would overlay over the images for the ones i want it with and not for the ones i dont, i will assume you can do this if you dont tell me otherwise

I would like them to look better and fit better,
Need the Contact Numbers to be Bigger and Bolder easier to find than on http://tinyurl.com/dye3w2
I also need the logo to be a totally seperate part of the design… so it can be changed as and when like on

Colour Scheme, I want it to look clean and proessional so i guess blues, whites etc.
You will need to supply some images for the header graphics but logos and site logo i do currently have,
Buget is tight and speed would be appricated.
