The ideal candidate will be experienced in SEO and able to determine the best anchor test, pages for linking, and development of page/site descriptions where appropriate. Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C (United States) areas websites are preferable. The less I have to do, the MORE work I can send your way.
If you can manage with all of the following, then its good. Still if you cannot achive any of the the following, let me know.
– No FFA’s, no link directories
– no java script links, no black hat links, and no rel=nofollow links.
– Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website
– There is no more than 25 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
– Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days
Link Criteria
1. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges.
2. All links must be permanent.
3. Bids to submit to Web/Links Directories or article sites will be ignored. No link farms, link-exchange programs, google banned sites, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites
4. No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs.
5. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache.
6. Must be manually submitted.
7. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others).
8. All links must be from a different domain and IP address.(geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block).
9. Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don’t place all links at once.
10. Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID’s etc.).
11. No blacklisted or spam sites.
12. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel=”nofollow”, robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
13. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of the desired PR value, not just the sites main page.
14. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. All links must be visible and readable.
15. I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead
I will need Excel file with all pages / links. Each record must include link address & IP Address. I will check this list before payment and feedback.
