This will be a 7 page website. The most important part of the website is the “Properties” page which will show all the properties that this person is selling. There may be up to 40 properties. On the “Properties” page, it will show a list of all the properties with a short description and a thumbnail picture. When the visitor clicks on the thumbnail or the text of a selected property, they will be directed to the “property page” for that property that will show several pictures and a full description of the property. This is the section of the website that needs the Joomla CMS feature.
