I am developing a website. I have the design done in Photoshop complete with all layers, etc. I simply need the photoshop file turned into a .aspx page so that my .NET programmer can start to develop the dynamic parts of the site. It will have several dynamic elements so place holders will need to be created (i.e. login fields, blog posts, etc). I will provide the design file in the PMB once you respond. I am only looking for developers with ratings.
