I have a Point of sales script and i need to add the following
Please let me know if it can be done with the less complication posible, my budget is what i say here and nothing more if you can not do it within the budget please don;t bid,
Category tree to add and show all the categories
Also to be able to add a pic to the product or item when you add them
and that this thumbs shows in the sales register page also
Account Receivable. (Module that shows all the sales made on credit, with fields ( customer, total credit, date of purchase and date to pay, adicional notes and pending payment status that can be change when payment is recieve)
Account Payable. (Module that shows all the Purchase we have made on credit , with fields (Supplier, total credit, date of purchase and date to pay, adicional notes and pending payment status that can be change when payment is made)
Also a quote module this is a module that they can print a quote similar to an invoice to the customers base on the products avaliable but only a quote
· NCF (Tax ID Number) this is an auto increment 5 to 9 digits that can be set to the invoice as customer request if customer dont want it not to add this to invoice if customer request.
· Employers Payroll module( that shows the employees weekly payroll and acording to the hours of work during the week) this module also will have and add on part which will show a percent of the weekly salary that can be added to the employees account as time goes by FYI ( in my country this is an incentive companies pay employees base on their salary and the time they have in the company
for example:
if you start work in company on
may 26 2005 and you make 5000 on salary and your incentive is 1% that means you will get to your incentie account 50 every week this means that at the end of a year your total incentive will have acumulate to 2400 dollars so if you get fire after 5 years this means that your incentive will be 2400×5=12000 i need this to also be added to this script
and last but not lease different admin levels i dont want the regular sales people to be able to see everything on this point of sales only what i allow then to
