We would like to be able to add members to a MySQL table via an excel file from the PHPFOX admin panel.
* Must be familiar with parallel development with another internal team
* Must know how to use Subversion Repository
* Must be willing to communicate througe use Project/Task
* Management system for project tracking and communication
* Be able to handle multiple customization projects simultaneously as more work will come if this project is successful.
* Must be able to handle large customization projects.
Preference given to teams who can produce the work in modules, but not required.
