Page elements may change in future so elements should not have fixed height width. Images need to be <img> tags and not embedded in css.
Form needs to flexible to more fields can be added or removed without breaking layout (the form will just grow shrink – not fixed height)
Top part is one big <img> second row is swf that will be given with psd to winning bidder. If work is good future work will be available
