Description:
I need a 2 player rummy game developed in php, mysql, flash/flex.
Modules identified by me:
Front end:-
Home page, Landing pages, Registration [with email verification], Password Recovery, Account related pages, other basic stuff like About us, Contact Us, Privacy, Terms, Help, Sitemap..
Chat component where users registered can chat with each other.
The game area where the list of available tournaments are displayed (Paid/Free) and the user can join this tournament and play.
Payment Gateways:-
Need to implement paypal and other payment gateways
Admin Panel:-
-Track Registrations, payments made
-Newsletters publishing (Email and SMS)
-Manage Queries from users
-Create and manage tournaments
-Define Tournament fees and prize money
This is the basic functionality which i need to implement, further details will be given when the candidate is selected.

4. Randomly pick who will play first.
5. Random shuffle the cards and then place 13 cards for each player.
6. Then pick up a joker randomly from the remaining cards.
7. Winner will be decided by the total lowest scored of both the deals
8. Declare the winner.
