What we need:
System that generates a RSS feed for several accounts
Unlimited list of items per account
External short URL per item (shortened with Bit.ly or similar service)
Automatically rotating!!! As soon as the last item goes out, the system starts sending out the first item again.
Choice of having a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cycle
System must be able to send out the feed to ie. Twitter or Facebook
