Currently We are having a website which is using cakephp framework.
We need a professional php developer to implement a new concept and new payment from a Japanese payment company to our system.
Our current system’s functions are the same as groupon.com and we would like to make an addition changes.
The changes are :
– Admin Section :
1. Can set the discount amounts after the certain number of buyers reached.
example if buyers reached 50, the discount is from 50% to 60%.
if buyers reached from 50 to 100, the discount become from 60% to 70%.

2. the current coupon code is too complicated. we would like the coupon code to be more easier to read. only digits is fine.
3. multiple picture uploading system. currently the system can only upload 1 picture.
The System should be done within 15 days once the project started.
The System must be 100% bugs free.
By failing to fulfill our time line and other requirement like free of bugs, we have the right to cancel the payment.
We are willing to honor 450usd for the candidate.
All the payment will be using escrow service.
We will pay 50% first to start the job. once the project is done by the given time line and tested free of bugs,
we will then send the second 50% of the payment using escrow service and once it has been implement on our live website and tested from free of bugs and everything is running well, the second payment will be release.
