Please do the following:
change the options in each of the 5 drop down boxes so that if an option is clicked in one it cannot be selected in another.
The one exception to this rule is the ‘none’ option (available in the last 4 dropdowns) which a customer can be selected in all of the last 4 drop down boxes.
