We have a website written in AS2. A new small feature – webcam video effect – requests to call Dll in flash AS2 for “embedding it” in our
script. The “source” of effects /who is not familiar with flash../ shiningmorning suggested using the getpix32() function for calling the Dll into AS2. For better understanding: our existing script allow any user to connect our site with his webcam in live video. But for users which like to “hide” their faces, we like to offer a plus possibility to pre-choose the effect, than they will appear in the live discussion as you could see it in the pictures. Summarized:they are video effects, the annexed pictures are only extracted frames !
