Hello,I have database on wikisend

the database has 4 tables and 4 forms
you will notice each table has same fields.
I want to combine 4 forms to one form.
each company name ( in company name field) has certain list of descriptions (in the description field).
each form in properties- i have row source type – Value List and I have list of descriptions in Row Source.
In the future I will add more company names and descriptions- so I am not sure I should be using row source?
mainly I am hoping users to open 1 form and when they get to company name they choose a name. Then when they get to description field- they only see descriptions for that company to choose from.
