I need a script that shows the location of the visitor on the site for the Netweather program. Please see example of the Netweather feed:

Currently it shows California no matter where the visitor is located. The script is based off of IP location and nearest zip code to the IP address.
I need someone to provide me the coding so that the Netweather shows the weather for wherever the visitor is coming from.
