Need a design for this site:

The layout is fine, but the colors are bad. The middle is going to be a photo slide show, so that is okay, but it should be a little smaller so everything fits in one browser window, top to bottom.
Here are comparable sites. I do not like these designs, but it gives you ideas of what I want.
