Task is to develop an initial static version of an underwater-themed user landing page that will display data and have links to other pages. Theme is a coral reef scene with dashboard features and undersea features that can be moused over and clicked. This task is the first step in design leading to a more interactive design later.
– Theme, initial theme can be a static design placeholder for now. See the coral reef screen saver at http://www.3planesoft.com/ and FishVille on Facebook for ideas. Please provide options and costs if the initial theme must be purchased or licensed. Undersea features should include rocks, fish, a coral cave, plants, a shipwreck, or divers. Later when design elements are in place, work will begin on a more interactive theme.
– Data Dashboard – place one data dashboard into a feature in the theme. For example, this dashboard could be placed onto a rock. The dashboard should show two items, “Money Saved: $436, and “Points earned 15,000.” Later this dashboard will have data feed from a database.
– Mouseover and click features – have two features such as a rock or plant be mouseover to see the option and click, one is “Tips” and one is “Spend Points”
