To Take this site as an INSPIRATION.

To pay homage to the design feel, but not to recreate entirely.
We have some of the static imagery of the site to use.
But no animation files.
Desired applications of movement may be animated via flash, swf etc.
However the text applications should be done in easy edit HTML.
The animations or visuals can change, (based upon discussions with me & I approve)…Fonts can be different as long as those used, similar in feel. Sound-wave(music) may also be changed as long as mood fits, and is not infringing.
The inspiration site is owned by us, but fla files are lost.
Thus the required redesign.
Bidder will need to Upload to webftp.
No escrow funds released until project complete, site is live, all files recvd on server, zip file(s) sent to us of same, and site is glitch free.
Project will only go to qualified programmer/designer.
If you cannot PMB your bid will not be considered.
Bonus paid to bidder who shows us a mockup of design, before project begins, if they are selected as the winning bidder.
Project should only be bid upon, if your schedule allows you to complete the job in a most timely fashion.
