Using Excel 2007.
Day shift 6am-2pm
Evening shift 2pm-10pm
Night Shift 10pm-6am
Three teams of 2 employees. The sixth employee may be used for day-off, vacation and holiday coverage.
The rotation will be a 28 day rotation. 7 days x 4 wks= 28
Please make out a 2010 and 2011 calendar. Color-code each shift.
The 6am-2pm will work 28 days and move to evening shift and so-forth. I’m having trouble getting the overtime pay to a minimum. There will be 6 employees. Try to give each fair time off.
I would like to have the ability to plug in the pay rate for each employee so that I can see the payroll for each. Thanks for your interest and help! Sincerely, Kevin
