I have a funny photos website (Php and MySql ),
and i need some new features:
1.Photo Rating
2.TOP 100 funny photos
3.Options for users to upload and add photos to the site
In my admin panel option for the administrator to approve/deny photos before they go live.
4. Random pic button
Also i need 3 more buttons to be linked to the top 100 , random pic , and new pics section
I want the database to rename the files after they are uploaded on the server and database , because at the moment if i upload 2 files with the same name there are some errors.
