Requirements- Need a simple UI that will allow a user:
to upload Customer logo’s into a mysql table.
Create 2 reports
to select what fields in the table it wants to print on the report.
to select a date range it wants to print on the report.
Merge content from a table, insert the logo and display the in a
non-edit viewer.
Option to print the report to a printer
Option to export the report to a excel or pdf file
Other requirements:
you must be able to demo the solution
it must use code coding practices
it must be easy to as 1,2,3
Use CSS/HTML
No tables in the HTML
Use PHP/AJAX/HTML and MySql
It must be delivered on the due date
Source code/DB must be zipped up and sent to me
Keep it simple
