hello, i want to use a real time online chat system.
it should be similar with dhgate.com home page in cagegory page and product page has the chat coin at the right bottom.

1.it could send the talking script to email address once chat is closed.
2.it could set different deptment, like wholesale dept. or selling dept. or service dept.
it just similar with the dhgate.com is okay. if you have other system, show me the demo first pls.
