Create Access 2010 Forms

Hello,

I have a database in MS Access 2010 with 8 tables and I need the following created:

one form to populate new entris in Organisation, Organisation type, Financial, Employee. When I enter this data there should also be a feild in the form to select the project which would populate the org_projects table.

one form to add new project.

Both forms should appear in a navigation form.
